Parental Care for Destitute Children is an effort of
local people and a church in Rwanda to reach out for street children.
The organisation is based in Kigalingali in Kabuga District in Ndera
Sector.
This organisation came into being when the pastor of Kingdom
Fellowship Church, together with the elders of the Church took
decision to assist some of the street kids whose number was showing
alarming rate in the city. They started with talking to the children,
engaging them in games of children's choice and organising them into
teams, one of which has ever achieved remarkable victories over some
prominent teams around.
The church then introduced the children to some
basic skills of Carpentry and Brick-laying. The children have shown
very good interest and are ready to join Vocational schools.

It is with this background that Kingdom Fellowship
Church seeks the funding for appropriate training of these youths.
This proposal, therefore, addresses the need for coming up with a
vocational school at Ndera.
